Protection of the personal data you entrust to ORM is a priority for us, and we want you to feel safe and secure when you use our website. All of your data is now subject to the GDPR regulation.

1. Collection of your Personal Information
You may have provided the Personal Data to us personally or authorised other individuals to provide the Personal Data to us and consent (on your behalf) to our collection of your Personal Data from these individuals. These individuals could be your superiors, employees, subordinates, colleagues and your family members.
Your data will be used for strictly professional, commercial and informative terms only. Your data will not be sold, and shared where you have agreed to do so, as stated in the privacy policy.
ORM collects identifiable personal information, such as your name, NRIC Number, nationality, designation, high educational qualification, telephone numbers, email address, residential and office address & organisation name. ORM will also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. ORM does not keep photocopies (or scanned copies) of customers’/ trainees’ NRIC, or to retain customers’/trainees’ physical NRIC.
We may also collect information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by ORM. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used by us for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.
Please note that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through ORM public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: ORM does not read any of your private online communications.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the websites you choose to link to from ORM so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. ORM shall not be responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the ORM and ORM family of websites.
2. Use of your Personal Information
ORM collects and uses your personal information to operate our website – www.ormgt.com.sg and deliver the services as per your request. ORM will also use your personally identifiable information to provide you the legitimate business information of other products or services available from ORM and its affiliates. ORM may also contact you via surveys and/or research to conduct research about your feedbacks and suggestions of our existing services and products or new services that we may be offering.
ORM shall not sell, rent or lease its customer/trainee lists to third parties. ORM may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular service offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, ORM may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. ORM will monitor the websites and contents where our customers / trainees have accessed in order to determine which of the products and services are in demand. The data will be used to deliver customized content and advertising within ORM to customers.

3. How long do we retain your Personal Information?
Information such as personal data provided by you will be retained as long as the purpose for which the data was collected continues. Thereafter, ORM will destroy or delete the information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, unless its retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or to protect ORM’s interests.
ORM understands the importance of keeping your personal data private and secure. We therefore put in place security arrangements to protect your privacy and personal data, in a manner that we believe is reasonably appropriate to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. ORM may provide links to other linked sites that may be of your interest and relevance to you. However, ORM has no control over them, and are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of such linked sites, and you hereby waive any claim against us with respect to the linked sites.
